• Participants must register individually using the same team name.
  • Each team may consist of a maximum of 5 members.
  • Participants must be students currently enrolled in university programs.
  • Students from the 4th to 8th semester will be given preference.
  • All work submitted during the datathon must be original.
  • Teams are encouraged to use open-source technologies and publicly available datasets where applicable.
  • Any form of plagiarism or misuse of another team’s work will result in disqualification.
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the event.
  • Organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule or rules if required.
  • By participating, teams agree that organizers may showcase project summaries, photos, or presentations for promotional and educational purposes.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to collaborate professionally and respectfully with fellow attendees, mentors, organizers, and judges.
